Sebuah Renungan

Dalam hidup memang wajar kalau ada
peristiwa-peristiwa yang membuat kita
marah dan kecewa. Tapi cepat
kendalikan emosi Anda kembali. Jangan
biarkan rasa amarah, dendam, iri,
kesal atau kecewa kepada pasangan,
teman, rekan kerja, atau atasan di kantor
bercokol lama di hati kita.  

Kekesalan, amarah dan kekecewaan
hanya akan mengaktifkan hukum tarik
menarik, membuat Anda menerima apa
yang Anda berikan.  

Bila kesal pada pasangan atau ada
kawan yang mengingkari janji, lalu
Anda menyalahkan mereka atas
kekacauan semua itu, maka Anda akan
mendapatkan kembali keadaan
yang dipersalahkan itu.

Kembalinya keadaan itu tidak harus
selalu dari orang yang Anda salahkan,
tetapi sejatinya Anda akan mendapatkan
kembali keadaan yang Anda salahkan itu.

Ikhlaskanlah, maafkanlah. Hati
akan terasa lebih lega dan ringan
dalam menjalani hidup, lebih fokus
terhadap tujuan hidup tanpa
terbebani penyakit-penyakit hati yang
hanya akan menghabiskan energi
positif.

Semoga Tuhan mengaruniai sabar

apapun rintangan dan cobaan yang dilalui
akan terasa lebih ringan. :-)
